About The Event
A wonderful event where you can buy or sell some lovely as well as unusual crafts & gifts from talented crafters, artists and makers from near & far! As it's indoors you can stay warm and dry whilst browsing around. Facilities including toilets and refreshments with tables and chairs available. We hold these only four times a year, so spaces get booked up quickly and are extremely well attended with over a few hundred visitors and gaining more interest each event!
Set up in peace from 9.30am - 10.30am. Park outside, unload, set up your table and space, park your car and sit down ready for visitors with a cuppa! It's £16 for a six foot space, bring along your own table (must fit into the six foot space). We will also provide you with a chair or two to use on the day for free included in the space fee. If you would prefer to hire a table from us on the day (6 foot sturdy table) then you can at an additional cost of £4 at the time of booking. If you are planning on selling clothes too, alongside your table, you must be able to fit this within your six foot space safely. (This isnt possible with six foot tables as you end up encroaching onto next doors space) If not, you will need to book an additional space, bring your own hanging rail. Please note all sellers need public liability insurance valid on the day of the event.
Only stalls offering crafts, gifts and pertaining to this theme may book. Please send a photograph of what you sell to email@example.com before the event. We can use this to advertise your attendance on social media. No bric-a-brac or stalls that do not fit in with the theme of the event. Please ring in the first instance to make sure of availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund our booking in full if you book online without confirming first availability. Of course some stalls with mixed crafts or arts may sell a proportion of similar items, we cannot avoid this. We want to give visitors a variety of items on offer.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel part or all of your booking before the event, you can request a refund and this will be given no matter what the reason subject to a £5 administration fee per booking (up to seven days before the event). This covers all and any unrecoverable charges, fees and costs involved as well as the risk of non - re-sale. For cancellations & refund requests seven days or less before the event, these will not be entitled to any refunds under any circumstances. Bookings are non transferable.
