About The Event
Indulge in unique chocolates and treats to tease your tastebuds. Visit to experience luxury festive treats, handmade chocolates, fudges, sweets and cheeses with a few wines and spirits thrown in! There will be music as well as free entry into a luxury yummy prize draw. As this event is indoors you can stay warm and dry whilst browsing around. Facilities including toilets and refreshments with tables and chairs available.
Set up in peace from 9.30am - 11.00am. Park outside, unload, set up your table and space, park your car and sit down ready for visitors with a cuppa! It's £25 for a 6ft space, bring along your own table. We will also provide you with a chair or two to use on the day for free included in the space fee. If you would prefer to hire a table from us on the day (6 foot sturdy table) then you can at an additional cost of £5 at the time of booking. Limited electricity is available for sellers, you can request this at time of booking (all electrical items must be PAT tested). Please note all sellers need public liability insurance valid on the day of the event. All stalls selling food must hold the appropriate food health and hygiene certificates.
Only stalls offering foods, drinks and gifts pertaining to this theme may book. Please send a photograph of what you sell to firstname.lastname@example.org before the event. We can use this to advertise your attendance on social media. No bric-a-brac or stalls that do not fit in with the theme of the event. Please ring in the first instance to make sure of availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund our booking in full if you book online without confirming first availability. When setting up please keep the safety of visitors in mind. No doubling of tables within a single pitch. One or more of the team will be monotoring the hall and if they feel any stall poses a risk they will advise, to keep the sale safe and as accident free as possible for everyone.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel part or all of your booking before the event, you can request a refund and this will be given no matter what the reason subject to a £5 administration fee per booking (up to seven days before the event). This covers all and any unrecoverable charges, fees and costs involved as well as the risk of non - re-sale. For cancellations & refund requests seven days or less before the event, these will not be entitled to any refunds under any circumstances. Bookings are non transferable.
